Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Outside the United States:

Electric Motorsport ships to most countries worldwide. We accept international payments via Credit Card or Wire Transfer. If the USPS shipping option is chosen on an order, EMSPT will be not held liable for the items damaged or lost by USPS. USPS is an option to help reduce the shipping cost outside of the United States but choose it at your own risk. FedEx is our preferred carrier, however, the buyer MUST provide their own FedEx account number for billing of duties/taxes/fees associated with customs clearance and brokerage if any apply. If the buyer does not have a FedEx account number, estimated duties/taxes/fees will be calculated by EMSPT and collected upfront before the order is processed. Please provide your FedEx account number in a note at checkout to avoid delays in processing. Some items may be on backorder and may take longer to ship than others.

Shipping in the United States:

We ship to any state within the continental United States and its territories. We offer several shipping options. Most items ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of the order placed. Some items may be on backorder and may take longer to ship. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will not ship the same day unless otherwise stated by a Sales Representative. A tracking number is not always available in our office and may take time to receive. In the event that items ordered are damaged or lost during the shipping process, the recovery time to settle the case with carriers is a lengthy one (sometimes several months). We will try to speed this process along as much as possible. Our Company charges a handling fee on all items shipped.

Shipping Estimates:

Quoted shipping rates are an estimate of shipping charges. Actual shipping charges may vary and do not include foreign counties import taxes, duties, storage, or possible brokerage fees.

Returns:

Before returning any items to Electric Motorsport, you must log in to your account via the website, and submit an RMA request via the RMA tab. Click "Request New RMA" at the top right. If approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number is used to track returned items and must be clearly marked on a label attached to the shipping box. PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ITEMS WITHOUT AN "RMA" NUMBER. Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. All returned items will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned new and unused in their original packaging. Items returned in other than their original condition will be considered used and a higher restocking fee will be proportionally assessed. Consumables such as Batteries are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cancelled orders that have been processed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Please contact us for restrictions, such as items sold "as is" or used products. If you wish to exchange an item purchased, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price (not including shipping) and apply this credit to the replacement item(s) after receiving the return shipment. If an item is being returned due to our error, we will either refund your item or offer a store credit. If you have a defective item, we may direct you to send your product directly to the manufacturer. Please do not attempt to send an item back to us unless you obtain an RMA number and are instructed to do so.
