By clicking “Add to Cart” and  proceeding through the payment process you are agreeing to purchase the Electric Motorcycle known as the  Electric GPR-S. These vehicles will be delivered in the order they are purchased; meaning the individuals who purchase first will receive delivery of their vehicles first. 100% of purchase price is required prior to delivery.  Financing is available through 3rd party lenders.  Foreign buyers will be responsible for any duties or taxes their county may impose on the importation of this Motor Vehicle.  These vehicles come with all DOT compliant markings, reflectors, lights, VIN#s, and anti theft device in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the NHTSA. In the event that a component or part is found to be not in compliance with the DOT and NHTSA guidelines it will be replaced with a comparable DOT compliant component free of charge. We reserve the right to change or modify mechanical, electrical or safety parts and equipment in compliance with NHTSA and DOT regulations. Such modifications may be made with or with or with out prior notification. The ElectricGPR-S is not subject to EPA regulations and is not required to undergo any emissions testing.   The speed and power of the Electric GPR-S is programmable in software and may be limited due to any specific country or states restrictions. These restrictions are not applicable to any vehicles that are designated for off road or track use.  It is advised that purchasers check their local ordnances and state law in regards to licensing, insurance requirements, and riding restrictions.

Warranty

The ElectricGPR-S limited manufactures warranty covers any defective parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.  In the event of a parts failure the Manufactures may ask for the  defective part to be sent back to the manufacturer for purposes of evaluation.  Warranty does not cover expendables, meaning any components that are designed to be periodically replaced such as brushes, tires, brake pads, and light bulbs.  The optional Battery balancing charger / BMS must be used to keep the Battery pack warranty valid. The battery packs function with out a battery balancing charger but the battery manufactures will not honor warranties with out the optional BMS.
