Return and Shipping Policies

Returns 

Before returning any items to Electric Motorsport (EMS), you must contact us Prior to shipping by Phone or Email to receive an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number. This number is used to track the returned items. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVIN FOR ANY ITEMS RECIEVED THAT DO NOT HAVE AN "RMA" NUMBER. Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.  All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned new and unused in there original packaging. Batteries are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Cancelled orders that have been processsed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Please contact us for restrictions, such as items sold "as is" or used products. If you wish to exchange an item purchased, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price (not including shipping) and apply this credit to the replacement item(s) after receiving the shipment.  If an item is being returned due to the wrong item being shipped. We will either refund your item or offer a store credit. We will also waive the 20% restocking fee.  If you have a defective item, we may direct you to send your product back to the manufacturer. Please do not send the item back to us unless you obtain an RMA number and are instructed to do so.

Shipping

Shipping Outside the United States:

Electric Motorsport ships to most countries worldwide. We accept international payments via Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
If the USPS shipping option is chosen on an order EMS will be not held liable for the items if they are damaged by USPS or if they are lost.  USPS is an option to help reduce the shipping cost outside of the United States but choose it at your own risk.  Some items may be on backorder and may take longer to ship

Shipping in the United States:

We ship to any State in the United States.  We offer several options for shipping on most items.  Most items ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of the order placed.  Some items may be on backorder and may take longer to ship.  Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will not ship the same day unless otherwise stated by a Sales Representative.  A tracking number is not always available in our office and may take time to receive.  In the event that items ordered are damaged or lost during the shipping process, the recovery time to settle the case is lengthy up to several months at times.  We will try to speed this process along as much as possible.  Our Company charges a handling fee on all items shipped.

 Sales Policy

Using a Purchase Order:

Electric Motorsport excepts Purchase Orders from Educations Centers Only  (example: School Districts, Universities, Career Centers, etc.)  We must be contacted prior to placing a purchase order to verify order.  Purchase orders may be placed by fax or by option of Purchase order on our website checkout process.  Purchase orders may take several weeks to complete and payment is due prior to shipping date.
